This message indicates abnormal MKA operation as reported by the MAC Security Key Agreement Entity (KaY). MKA cannot continue because local and remote ports have identical MAC addresses.
Each system should have a unique MAC address programmed at the factory. Execute "show system" command and verify "system MAC" matches the MAC address printed on the system's label. Verify that the remote device does not have the same MAC address. Also, all of a system's ports use the same system MAC address. Verify that two ports on the same system are not interconnected.
